Sarah Shahi, who most recently co-starred in NBC's "Life," has landed the lead in USA Network's "Facing Kate," lifting the contingency off the pilot.
Produced by Universal Cable Prods., the show centers on Kate (Shahi), a divorced San Francisco woman who leaves her job as a lawyer to become a mediator.
