For each show, in addition to her network role, Patterson serves as executive producer.

At TV Land, Patterson oversees the production of the "TV Land Awards," which pays tribute to classic and contemporary luminaries in television, music and movies as well as the “AFI Life Achievement Award,” which will honor Morgan Freeman in June 2011.

In addition, Patterson created Spike TV's national fatherhood outreach campaign, "True Dads," which has resonated with both the Spike audience and with advertisers.
