We think this is a promotion: Bruce Perlmutter has left Fox Business Network to head up news for E! Entertainment Television.
Perlmutter will now be in charge of all of E!'s varied news platfroms, from on-air to online. He'll report to Suzanne Kolbe, E!/Style's president of marketing and news.
Before working as a primetime producer for FBN, Perlmutter did stints at MSNBC and CNN. Those gigs gave him experience working with news divas such as Greta Van Sustern, Connie Chung and Deborah Norville.
