Watch President Obama and George W Bush Speak Together on Dallas Shootings (Livestream)

Obama is scheduled to speak at 10:40 a.m. PT

Both President Barack Obama and George W. Bush are expected to speak at an interfaith memorial service on Tuesday for the victims of the shooting in Dallas, Texas.

The president is expected to make his remarks at 10:40 a.m. PT from the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, with the families of the fallen police officers and members of the Dallas community.

Five police officers — Brent Thompson, Patrick Zamarripa, Michael Krol, Lorne Ahrens and Michael Smith — were killed on July 7 when a sniper began shooting officers during a rally protesting the police killings of two unarmed black men: Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota.
