Yahoo’s digital magazines initiative continues to expand its editorial roster, with the addition of Entertainment Weekly’s Kristen Baldwin and restaurateur Kerry Diamond. Baldwin will take the lead on Yahoo TV, while Diamond will take over Yahoo Food.

After 19 years with EW, Baldwin steps in as editor-in-chief of Yahoo TV, beginning on Sept. 29. She will work alongside Josh Wolk, who joined Yahoo in March as editor-in-chief of Yahoo Entertainment.

Diamond becomes editor-in-chief of Yahoo Food starting Sept. 22. The co-founder of the magazine Cherry Bombe, she is also co-owner of three Brooklyn restaurants: Nightingale 9, Smith Canteen, and Wilma Jean.

Both will work out of Yahoo’s offices in New York City. CEO Marissa Mayer first announced the consumer websites, which she dubbed digital magazines, in January. She indicated that they would be financed by ad-funded content.
