According to TMZ sources, Bynes is refusing to cooperate, and was spotted trying to fly out of New York City this week after learning her parents were coming there to take her to a mental health facility.

Bynes said her father asked to have sex with her and exposed himself to her, while blaming her mother for being aware of his advances and never calling the police.

Bynes, best known for being one of the child stars of Nickelodeon’s “All That” and WB sitcom “What I Like About You,” was a placed in an involuntary psychiatric hold in July of 2013 after setting a driveway on fire. Since her latest arrest, however, reports — and now her own Twitter feed — have suggested Bynes is slipping into the same messy meltdown she suffered throughout 2013.
