The first trailer for the 2014 Open Road release suggests that the action kicks off after the elite task force makes a multimillion dollar drug bust, then becomes the target of the cartel whose leader they arrested. Things only get more complicated when the government discovers $10 million was stolen from the bust, and Schwarzenegger’s team members are the likely suspects.
Ayer, who wrote Denzel Washington‘s Oscar-winning role in “Training Day,” directs from a screenplay written by Skip Woods (“The A-Team”).
