‘Better Call Saul’: Kim Tells Howard She’s Quitting the Firm (Exclusive Video)

There are changes ahead at the law firm of Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill on AMC’s “Breaking Bad” spin-off prequel

There is upheaval ahead at the law firm of Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill on “Better Call Saul” as Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) tells Howard Hamlin that she’s quitting the firm in a new exclusive clip from next week’s episode of the “Breaking Bad” spin-off prequel.

Howard takes the news better than expected, and he actually tells her he’s envious of her chance at a fresh start. The company co-founder then shares an anecdote about the time he had briefly considered quitting, but was talked out of it by his father.

“Things work out the way they’re supposed to, I guess,” he tells Kim.

Patrick Fabian, who plays Howard on the AMC series, recently stopped by TheWrap to discuss the characters’ rocky relationship during Season 2.

“I’m getting so much flack this season about what I’ve been doing to Kim, and my first response is always, ‘She’s earned it,” he said. “When the camera’s running, I get to be this big A-hole towards her, which is delicious for me.”

“Better Call Saul” airs Mondays at 10/9c on AMC.
