Bill Cosby Accusers to Reveal New Details in A&E’s ‘The Women Speak’ Special

A&E will air a special featuring interviews with Bill Cosby‘s accusers, the network announced Monday.

The one-hour special, “Cosby: The Women Speak” will premiere Thursday, Sept. 17, and will feature interviews with over a dozen women, including actress Louisa Moritz, publicist Joan Tarshis and model Beverly Johnson.

The special will recount the story of Cosby’s downfall, including Hannibal Burress’ standup routine going viral and how Cosby’s spokespeople have been responded to the firestorm of allegations. The accusers will also explain why they chose to come forward.

Currently, the 78-year-old comedian has been publicly accused of raping, drugging, coercing or sexually assaulting over 40 women since 1965, and many of them have only started to come forward since October 2014.

“Cosby: The Women Speak” is produced for A&E by Lincoln Square Productions. Jeanmarie Condon serves as senior executive producer, and Jim Hill Senior serves as executive producer for Lincoln Square Productions. Shelly Tatro and Brad Abramson executive produce for A&E.

“Cosby: The Women Speak” airs at 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17 on A&E.
