Bryce Dallas Howard has lined up her first project following monster hit, “Jurassic World.”

The actress will star in Stephen Gaghan‘s mining drama “Gold” alongside Matthew McConaughey and Corey Stoll.

The film tells the story of a down-on-his-luck hustler (McConaughey) who teams up with a geologist (Edgar Ramirez) to find gold in the Indonesian jungle. Howard will play Oscar winner McConaughey’s love interest. The ensemble also includes Toby Kebbell, Bruce Greenwood and Stacy Keach.

“Gold,” which is currently halfway through production in New Mexico, is produced by Black Bear Pictures and HWY 61.  TWC-Dimension is handling domestic distribution, with Sierra/Affinity taking international.

Howard is also on board for a sequel to “Jurassic World,” set to hit theaters June 22, 2018. She’ll next be featured in the 2016 Disney film “Pete’s Dragon.”
