Chelsea Clinton will celebrate thirteen American women who helped shape America in her new children’s book, “She Persisted.”

Alexandra Boiger will illustrate the book that hits Amazon on May 30 and is already available for preorder.

Amazon described the book: “Chelsea Clinton introduces tiny feminists, mini activists and little kids who are ready to take on the world to thirteen inspirational women who never took no for an answer, and who always, inevitably and without fail, persisted.”

“I wrote this book for everyone who’s ever wanted to speak up but has been told to quiet down, for everyone who’s ever been made to feel less than,” Clinton told Entertainment Weekly. “The 13 women in ‘She Persisted’ all overcame adversity to help shape our country–sometimes through speaking out, sometimes by staying seated, sometimes by captivating an audience. With this book, I want to send a message to young readers around the country–and the world–that persistence is power.”

Among the prominent women featured in the book are Elizabeth Warren — whose actions on the U.S. Senate floor inspired the title — Harriet Tubman, Helen Keller, Clara Lemlich, Nellie Bly, Maria Tallchief, Claudette Colvin, Ruby Bridges, Margaret Chase Smith, Katherine Johnson, Sally Ride, Florence Griffith Joyner, Oprah Winfrey, Sonia Sotomayor .

The book will also feature “one special cameo,” according to Amazon.
