After receiving backlash for accusing Fox News’ Megyn Kelly of coming after him in the first Republican presidential debate with “blood coming out of her whatever,” Trump insisted in an interview with CNN that he didn’t mean it like that. “I cherish women” the candidate explained, also promising that he would be the best president for women, no matter what Megyn Kelly or almost every woman alive says.
