‘Duck Dynasty’ Finale Ratings Down From Last Season

Season 4 send-off draws a still-impressive 8.4 million total viewers

The Season 4 finale of “Duck Dynasty” shed a few viewers compared to the show’s Season 3 finale and Season 4 premiere.

The finale Wednesday posted 8.4 million total viewers, compared to the 9.6 million who tuned in for the Season 3 finale in April.

The most recent season of the A&E hit got off to a quacking good start in August, pulling in 11.8 million total viewers — setting a cable record as the most-watched non-fiction series telecast.

The reality series chronicles the hijinks and bonding of the impressively bearded Robertson family, a Louisiana clan that has made a fortune making duck calls.
