Robert Michael Morris and Mel Rodriguez have joined the cast of the new Fox sitcom "Running Wilde," and David Cross has signed on to play a recurring role.
Cross reunites with his "Arrested Development" co-star, "Running Wilde" star Will Arnett, to play Andy, an ecoterrorist who has been living in the Amazon rainforest with his girlfriend Emmy (series co-star Keri Russell). Cross will appear in seven of the first 13 episodes.
"Running Wilde" executive producers Mitch Hurwitz and Jim Vallely also worked with Arnett and Cross on "Arrested Development."
Morris starred in HBO series "The Comeback," and has appeared in broadcast shows including "Brothers & Sisters," "How I Met Your Mother," "Will & Grace." and "Arrested Development." He'll play Mr. Lunt, Steven Wilde's protective former "manny"-turned secretary.
Rodriguez, who had recurring roles in "Big Love," "FlashForward" and "The Middle," will play Migo, Steven's driver and longtime friend.
The romantic comedy premieres Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 9:30 p.m. on Fox.
