‘Glee’ Season 6 Promo Promises the Band Is Getting Back Together (Video)

Lea Michele performs “Let it Go” from “Frozen” in the brief teaser

Lea Michele‘s Rachel Berry and Kurt Hummel, played by Chris Colfer, returned to William McKinley High on Tuesday for a “Glee” Season 6 promo with one mission: Bring back the a cappella club at all costs.

Sounds simple, right? But it won’t be easy, at least not if Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) has something to say about it.

“You two have just entered the Thunderdome,” Sylvester warns when she is informed of their plan. “You will beg for death.”

Later, Rachel wows with a rendition of “Let it Go” from “Frozen,” over a brief montage of returning favorite characters. Mr. Schuester closes out the quick promo with a compliment to his former star.

The two-hour “Glee” premiere kicks off Jan. 9 on Fox. The show, which has been struggling in the ratings, is moving to Fridays for its final run.
