‘Good Wife’ Actress Archie Panjabi Returns to TV as ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ Guest Star

Former “Good Wife” star Archie Panjabi is heading back to TV via Fox’s “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” TheWrap has confirmed.

Panjabi, who appeared on CBS’ “The Good Wife” for six years, will guest star as Lieutenant Knox, a police officer with a crush on Joe Lo Truglio’s Detective Boyle.

Her first return to the small screen since “The Good Wife” will come on Season 3’s Episode 2, which is slated to air Oct. 4.

“Brooklyn Nine-Nine” returns to Fox Sundays this fall. The sitcom also stars Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, Stephanie Beatriz, Chelsea Peretti, Terry Crews and Melissa Fumero.

The actress behind “Good Wife’s” Kalinda Sharma recently starred in Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s action thriller film “San Andreas.”
