After a well-received debut at Sundance and an award-winning run at Cannes, Elizabeth Olsen and Jeremy Renner's murder-mystery "Wind River" had its L.A. premiere on Wednesday night.

Renner, who plays a game tracker on a Native American reservation in Wyoming, went for a textbook tuxedo, a look rarely seen on premiere carpets.

Taylor Sheridan (left, with Jon Bernthal) wrote and directed the film. TheWrap's Steve Pond calls it a "top notch drama," comparing it to Sheridan's other tense screenplays for "Hell or High Water" and "Sicario."

Star Kelsey Asbille, who plays Natalie, worked the autograph line outside the Theater at the Ace Hotel.

The Weinstein clan moved over to Clifton's Cafeteria for the after-party, where Grey Goose and Fiji Water poured behind the bars. Lexus and NetJets also sponsored the night.

With Sheridan winning the Un Certain Regard directing prize at Cannes and the film's upcoming August 4 release, Weinstein COO David Glasser's smile (left), is well-earned.
