Sony has unveiled the Super Bowl TV spot for the Jake Gyllenhaal-led “Life” ahead of Sunday’s big game.
The 30-second teaser comes ahead of the release of the new full-length trailer for the Columbia Pictures and Skydance film, which will debut online Sunday at noon PT.
“Life” is a sci-fi thriller about a team of scientists aboard the International Space Station whose mission of discovery turns to one of primal fear when they find a rapidly evolving life form that caused extinction on Mars, and now threatens the crew and all life on Earth.
In addition to Gyllenhaal, the cast also includes Rebecca Ferguson, Ryan Reynolds, Hiroyuki Sanada, Ariyon Bakare and Olga Dihovichnaya.
Helmed by “Safe House” director Daniel Espinosa, “Life” will hit theaters on March 24.
