Jennifer Love Hewitt‘s drama “The Client List” will not be returning for a third season.
Lifetime has decided not to go forward with the series, an individual familiar with the situation told TheWrap on Friday.

The series, which was based on the 2010 movie of the same name, starred Hewitt as Riley Parks, who takes a job in a day spa to make ends meet after being abandoned by her husband. “The Client List” wrapped up its second season in June.
Hewitt also served as an executive producer on the series.

Lifetime had no comment on the decision to cancel the series.
