Accident-prone “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon has suffered another injury.
The latest mishap unfolded on Saturday night in Cambridge, Massachusetts when the NBC star fell onto broken glass.
The late-night host was being honored with the Harvard Lampoon’s Elmer Award for Excellence in Humor when things went awry.
A bystander posted video on Instagram that showed Fallon holding a bottle of Jägermeister just before he tumbled over. His spokeswoman told CNN that the funny man fell over a woman who bent down in front of him as he was walking. He then stumbled onto broken glass and cut a finger.
Afterwards Fallon was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital, to make sure there was no glass in his hand. A short time later, he returned to the event with a bandage on his finger.
“Nothing that a few band aids couldn’t fixed,” he posted on Instagram, along with a picture of his injured hand.
In June, Fallon said he “nearly lost a hand” after he tripped in his kitchen, and in August he chipped a tooth.
