Roseanne” fans will be getting to see more of the rebooted sitcom, although one key cast member is still not in the mix.

ABC has handed out another episode to the revived comedy, upping the episode count from eight to nine, the network tells TheWrap.

Additionally, Johnny Galecki has yet to finalize a deal to return to the show as David, and there is no update on whether the “Big Bang Theory” star will participate in the “Roseanne” update, TheWrap has learned.

“Roseanne” recently went into production on the new run, with the show’s team gathering last month for a table read of the first episode that airs in 2018.

Among the returning cast members are Roseanne Barr (Roseanne), John Goodman (Dan), Sara Gilbert (Darlene), Laurie Metcalf (Jackie), Michael Fishman (D.J.), Lecy Goranson (Becky) and Sarah Chalke, who also played Becky but will originate a new character.

The revival from Carsey-Werner Television is executive produced by Barr, Gilbert, Tom Werner, Bruce Helford, Whitney Cummings and Tony Hernandez.
