Josh Gad Asks Kimmel ‘Do You Wanna Be A Snowman’ for Halloween? (Video)

“Frozen’s” Olaf sings his Halloween costume suggestion to the host of ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

By now we’ve all heard a thousand variations of all the songs from Disney’s smash hit sensation “Frozen.” But that didn’t make it any less fun when Josh Gad surprised Jimmy Kimmel with another one. Gad voiced the snowman Olaf in the film, and had a great costume suggestion for ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host.

Gad came on after Kimmel talked about how “Frozen” was predicted to once again be a huge inspiration for children’s costumes this Halloween, and how dressing up wasn’t really his thing.

Grasping Kimmel’s hands, Gad sang from the heart, asking Kimmel, “Do you wanna be a snowman?” Kimmel seemed charmed as Gad sang, “You’d make a real great Olaf, not as great as me, but still I think you should try!”

Sure, it wasn’t Olaf’s signature song in the film, but it was a great interpretation, and Gad sounded lovely despite the silly lyrics. It’s just too bad Kimmel had to go and break his heart.

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on ABC.
