The restraining order against “Rise” star Josh Radnor has been vacated by a judge, TheWrap has learned.

According to The Blast, Radnor’s neighbors obtained the restraining order earlier this month after a disagreement over a deck built on Radnor’s property that extended into an easement on their land. The neighbors disputed “How I Met Your Mother” actor’s right to build on the land and requested a restraining order against the actor, claiming Radnor and a male roommate had engaged in loud confrontations.

TheWrap confirmed with the California court where the lawsuit had been filed that a judge had ruled to vacate the temporary restraining order on Friday. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for Sept. 14.

“I have never shouted at any of the Andersons, shirtless or otherwise,” Radnor said in the documents obtained by The Blast. “There is no other adult male living at my home. I sometimes have guests stay at my home when they are in town.”

Radnor also claimed it is the neighbors who have initiated multiple confrontations over the deck dispute, saying he has photos of the neighbors “climbing over the wrought iron separating the homes” and into his property.
