Kanye West Reaffirms His ‘Love’ for Donald Trump (Video)

“He said, ‘I do love Donald Trump,'” Hot 97 host Ebro Darden says

Kanye West has reportedly doubled-down on his affection for Donald Trump in the year-and-a-half since he’s taken office.

Hot 97’s Ebro Darden shared a conversation he had with West on his show on Monday, recalling the “Life of Pablo” rapper as saying he “loves” the president.

“He said, ‘I do love Donald Trump,’” Darden said. “Kanye West, quote, ‘I love Donald Trump…I love Donald Trump.’”

The musician previously told fans at a November 2016 concert that he would have voted for Trump had he voted at all in the presidential election. That was followed by a high-profile, and heavily criticized, visit to Trump Tower in New York City, where the two men discussed “multicultural issues.”

West has been stirring up a lot of attention on Twitter in recent days, after rejoining the social media platform following a brief hiatus.

On Saturday, West upset his fans by voicing support for conservative YouTuber Candace Owens, a frequent guest on Fox News and InfoWars, who has hailed President Trump as not “just the leader of the free world, but the savior of it as well.”

His tweet was met with an invitation from InfoWars’ Alex Jones to appear on the show.
