Kim Kardashian has stayed relatively mum about her feelings towards President Donald Trump, but she finally wants to clear the air.
“Anyone can run the U.S. better. My daughter would be better,” she told Harper’s Bazaar Arabia. “We’ve worked so hard to get to where we were and to have so many things that we were so proud of in our country, to just literally revert backwards is the most frustrating thing.
The reality TV star continued to hammer down on the president, saying that the current political climate is “really scary” and that Trump doesn’t evoke a sense of safety in the country.
“Every single day when you can’t really believe what’s going on, the next day it’s something else even more crazy and tragic,” she added. “It’s really scary, the world that we’re living in now. And when you did feel safe at home, now with Trump in presidency you just don’t feel safe any more.”
Her husband, Kanye West, infamously met with Trump last December, which had many people speculating about what exactly went down in their meeting. The “Life of Pablo” rapper also said that he would have voted for Trump in the November election if he had bothered to vote.
Marilyn Monroe died far too young in 1962 but her influence on fashion and style has never lessened, even on the occasion of what would have been her 91st birthday. Whether it's in a music video, on the red carpet, on a magazine cover or everyday style, countless stars have copped the iconic actress' signature look.
