Actress Kristin Chenoweth has left Primary Wave Entertainment following sexual assault accusations made against the management company’s former co-CEO, David Guillod, a person close to her told TheWrap.

Chenoweth is the second actress to leave Primary Wave, after Gina Rodriguez announced her departure last Thursday. Chenoweth, like Rodriguez, left last week.

Guillod resigned from Primary Wave Entertainment Nov. 4, two days after “Ted” actress Jessica Barth told TheWrap that he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2012. Since then, TheWrap has reported three other rape accusations against Guillod.

They involve an assistant at his previous company, Intellectual Artists Management, in December 2014,  and two women who said he drugged and raped them in July 2015, and that they woke up covered in blood.

Guillod has denied any non-consensual sex occurred. Police declined to comment except to confirm an open report filed against Guillod.
