Looks like Taylor Swift and ABC will have some competition across Times Square on New Year’s Eve.

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett are set to headline NBC’s live broadcast of “New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly,” with additional appearances and performances by Seth MacFarlane, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams.

Bennett and Gaga, both New York natives, will do a duet from their album of jazz standards, “Cheek to Cheek,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 when it was released in September.

“The Voice” coaches Stefani and Williams are also scheduled to perform together. Stefani recently released her new song, “Spark the Fire,” which she co-wrote with producer Williams. Blake Shelton, who released his latest album “Bringing Back the Sunshine” in September, will also be on hand.

The annual holiday special will once again be hosted by Carson Daly. The broadcast is produced by Irwin Entertainment and Universal Television. Daly and John Irwin will serve as executive producers.

“New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly” will air Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 10-11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m-12:30 a.m. ET.
