Unlike the comic’s FX series “Louie,” a dark comedy, “Horace and Pete” is more of a straight drama. Episode 1 is 67 minutes and directed by C.K. In the show, he and Buscemi play the owners of a 100-year-old Brooklyn dive bar.

Among the co-stars that appear in the first episode are Alan Alda, Jessica Lange, Rebecca Hall, Nick DiPaolo, Kurt Metzger, Steven Wright, Edie Falco and Aidy Bryant.
