Marvel’s Inhumans” hoped to have an ace up its sleeve, but that might not quite be the case.

Marvel Entertainment’s Twitter account posted a message Friday encouraging viewers to tune in to the ABC freshman drama series in order to catch a new sneak peek at the upcoming film “Thor: Ragnarok.” Evidently, that wasn’t enough to convince the naysayers to set their DVRs.

“How dare you put [a] masterpiece like #ThorRagnarok with Inhumans?” one user replied.

“Or we can wait til it’s on YouTube,” another person quipped.

Another individual chimed in with, “I love all things Marvel, but this show sucks.”

“Marvel’s Inhumans” stars Serinda Swan (Medusa), Anson Mount (Black Bolt) and Iwan Rheon (Maximus). It was labeled a “work in progress” by ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey during a press event in August.

The show currently holds an eight percent freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes and has been knocked by fans since trailers hit over the summer.
