Adam McKay and Kevin Messick’s “Thrash” remained atop Netflix’s top 10 list for the second week in a row.
“Thrash,” which stars Phoebe Dynevor, tallied 34.5 million views on Netflix during the week of April 13, becoming the No. 1 most-watched movie of the week. Viewership for “Thrash” dipped slightly from its debut of 37.7 million views during the week of April 6, which also saw the movie outpace its peers by far.
Behind “Thrash,” the top movies for the week of April 13 were “180,” which tallied 9.5 million views, as well as “Roommates,” which garnered 8.8 million views. Next up on the films list was “Sisu,” “KPop Demon Hunters,” “Sniper 2” and “War Machine.”
On the TV side, “Trust Me: The False Prophet” also remained atop the TV list for the second week in a row, this time scoring 6.9 million views, slightly down from last week’s 9.8 million views. Kids and family program “Salish & Jordan Matter” came next with 5 million views while Dan Levy’s “Big Mistakes” scored 4.4 million views, climbing from its initial viewership of 2.7 million views to reach the No. 3 spot during the week of April 13.
Next up was “XO, Kitty” Season 3, which took the No. 4 spot on the TV list with 3 million views in its third week, dropping from the 7.8 million views it scored during its second week on Netflix.
Notably, the second season of “Beef” debuted in the No. 10 spot on the TV list with 2.4 million views. For comparison, “Beef” Season 1 debuted to 34.08 million hours viewed, though Netflix did not report hours viewed at the time of that release.
