It is not lost on “NCIS” fans that this is their last Halloween before Abby (Pauley Perrette) exits the show.
A number of devotees of the long-running CBS procedural took to Twitter on Tuesday, October 31, to post photos of themselves dressed as their favorite fictional forensic scientist, complete with the character’s signature lab coat and spiked collar.
“For at home, I’m Abby from NCIS she’s my absolute favorite besides Gibbs and Ducky,” one fan captioned her Halloween pic.
“Someone dressed as Abby for a costume contest at my school! #loveit!” another user tweeted.
Other fans shared their general disappointment about Perrette’s impending departure, including one who wrote, “I am tired of people leaving NCIS. I will miss you if you go.”
This follows Perrette’s announcement from earlier this month that she is leaving “NCIS” at the end of Season 15.
Maria Bello joined the cast this season as Special Agent Jack Sloane, who was recently introduced to Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the team.
