The 10 episode docuseries will follow Ryan Duffy, a former Vice correspondent, as he searches out those looking to solve the world’s biggest problems.
In two exclusive clips from the premiere episode obtained by TheWrap, Duffy explores the fight against global warming in the Amazon rainforest, where illegal gold mining and logging is causing massive deforestation.
Now, an inventor from North Carolina has teamed up with local conservationists in Peru to deploy drones in an effort to protect the delicate landscape.
In upcoming episodes, Duffy will tackle issues such as housing the homeless and the socio-economic roots of the riots in Baltimore following the death of Freddie Gray.
The first episode of “Now What with Ryan Duffy” goes live at midnight on Oct. 15.
