The people have spoken, and it appears that “Jane the Virgin” is the best new show that they prefer to laugh at.
The People’s Choice Awards, airing on doled out their trophies Wednesday night, with The CW’s maiden offering “Jane the Virgin” taking away honors for Favorite New TV Comedy and the ABC stalwart “Grey’s Anatomy” walking away with the Favorite Network TV Drama award.
The 2015 People’s Choice Awards aired on CBS, with Allison Janney and Anna Faris, stars of CBS’s “Mom,” hosting.
