Phoebe Waller-Bridge Brings All 3 of Her Emmys to ‘SNL’ in New Promo (Video)

“Fleabag” creator is hosting this week with musical guest Taylor Swift

Phoebe Waller-Bridge will not not carry her Emmys.

The “Fleabag” mastermind and newly-minted Emmy winner is set to host this week’s episode of “Saturday Night Live” and in a new promo for the show, she’s still carrying all three of her awards with her at all times. It does create problems with things like operating elevators and taking a sip of water, but thankfully she has the full cast of the “SNL” at her disposal.

Waller-Bridge will take the stage at Studio 8H on Saturday, Oct. 5 alongside musical guest Taylor Swift. The duo follows season openers Woody Harrelson and Billie Eilish.

Season 45 kicked off soft in the ratings last week, with the Harrelson-Eilish episode marking the lowest-rated season premiere for the show since 2014, down 30% among adults 18-49 year-over-year.

“SNL” is clearly hoping the buzz surrounding Waller-Bridge and “Fleabag” coming off last months Emmys telecast — not to mention having on of the biggest pop stars in the world as musical guest — will help boost viewership for the second episode.

Lined up for upcoming episodes are “Stranger Things” star David Harbour and former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello on Oct. 12, “Charlie’s Angels” star Kristen Stewart on Nov. 2 and former cast member Eddie Murphy on Dec. 21.
