The so-called “Big 4” networks were log-jammed in a ratings tie on Monday night, with ABC claiming the top spot in viewers.

ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox each had a 2.1 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary numbers. ABC’s 8.2 million viewers was good enough for first place in audience size. CBS was second in viewers with 8 million. NBC was third in audience with 6.8 million, and Fox was fourth with 6.6 million.

For ABC, “The Bachelor” at 8 p.m. earned a 2.2/6 — matching its lowest regular episode ever — and 7.9 million viewers. “Castle” at 9 had a 1.9/5 and 9 million viewers.
