Ratings: ‘Big Brother’ Helps CBS Win Night; ‘Same Name’ Ties for Fourth

“Simpsons,” “Family Guy” repeats tie for second

"Big Brother," Sunday's top-rated show, led CBS to a ratings win — but the network's new "Same Name" tied for fourth place in its debut behind two Fox repeats, according to preliminary numbers.

Repeats of "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" tied for second place.

"Big Brother" at 8 p.m. scored a 2.4 rating/7 share in the 18-49 demographic, and 6.9 million total viewers. The 9 p.m. debut of "Same Name," in which celebrities meet people who share — you guessed it — debuted to a 1.5/4 and 5.3 million total viewers. A "60 Minutes" repeat at 7 had 8.2 million total viewers — the most of the night — but scored only a 1.1/4 in the demo.

NBC's "The Marriage Ref," the only new network show of the night besides "Big Brother" and Same Name," had a 1.0/3 and 3.1 million total viewers.
