Jimmy Fallon jokingly tweeted Tuesday that his bandleader "is grounded" after house band The Roots welcomed Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann to the "Late Night" stage Monday with a song called "Lyin' Ass Bitch."
The 1985 Fishbone tune was the latest obscure number that drummer and bandleader Questlove has used to introduce guests.

He tweeted before the show aired: "Aight late night walkon song devotees: you love it when we snark: this next one takes the cake. ask around cause i aint tweeting title."
Questlove, whose Twitter profile picture shows him standing with President Obama, later tweeted a link to the Fishbone EP that contains the song. We're going to go ahead and assume he didn't get an all-clear from the president.

The Minnesota congresswoman was either unfamiliar with Fishbone's work or pretended not to make the connection as she shook hands with Fallon. Probably the former.
