A stuntman was injured on the set of the USA Network series “Shooter,” TheWrap has learned.

The incident reportedly involved actor Tom Sizemore. According to TMZ, Sizemore was behind the wheel of a vehicle on set. While filming, he jumped into the car, put it in reverse, and accidentally backed over the stuntman. The extent of his injuries are unknown at this time.

Representatives for Sizemore and USA Network did not immediately return TheWrap’s request for comment.

The series is a remake of the 2007 film of the same name starring Mark Wahlberg, based on the Stephen Hunter novel “Point of Impact.”

Ryan Phillippe will take over for Wahlberg as Bob Lee Swagger, an off-the-grid former Marine sniper who is coaxed into action to thwart the killing of the President. Ultimately double-crossed and framed for the attempt, he must call upon all the skills he acquired as a decorated Marine sharpshooter to avoid capture while hunting down and exposing the traitors who set him up.

Sizemore will play CIA Agent Hugh Meachum. Omar Epps also stars as Isaac Johnson, an ex-Marine and former commanding officer of Swagger. Now a Secret Service Agent, he solicits Swagger’s expertise for a clandestine operation that has disastrous results.

“Shooter” is set to debut on USA Network on July 19.
