‘SNL Weekend Update’: Claire from HR Gives Colin the Workplace Sexual Harassment Test (Video)

It turns out men very often are not great at this test

There are two main topics that you can reliably bet on being in the news at any give moment: whatever Donald Trump is doing, and well-known men being outed as having committed some kind of sexual impropriety. Naturally, Weekend Update took aim at both genres of life #content, with a substantial portion of the “SNL” segment focusing on the latter.

So cast member Cecily Strong popped in as “Claire from HR” to put Weekend Update co-host Colin Jost through a quiz intended to help men figure out what counts as sexual harassment or otherwise sexually inappropriate behavior.

One of the questions: “When is it okay for an adult to have a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old?” Strong asked, before providing options that included digs at Kevin Spacey and Republican U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore. “a) When she’s 14 and smoking a cigarette, b) 14, but it’s Alabama, c) 14, but you’re gay now so, hooray, how brave.”

Before Strong could list off any more options, Jost chimed in. “You don’t have to keep going. I’m pretty sure the answer is never.”

“Yeah!” Strong replied. “Well, if it’s such an easy question why does it have to be on the quiz?”

And then she poured hand sanitizer into her own mouth .

You can watch the full bit above.

It was a wild “SNL” this week, with “Girls Trip” scene-stealer Tiffany Haddish hosting (check out her monologue here), last week’s host Larry David popping up briefly to take a shot at the Holocaust joke he made in his monologue, and an extremely Alabama cold open that involved Mikey Day as Roy Moore, Kate McKinnon as Jeff Sessions and a possum.
