Netflix has canceled the figure-skating drama “Spinning Out” after one season.

Led by “The Maze Runner” alum Kaya Scodelario, the series centered on a high-level figure skater who teams up with a bad-boy pairs skater after a bad fall nearly derails her career.

Evan Roderick, January Jones, Willow Shields, Amanda Zhou, Sarah Wright Olsen and Svetlana Efremova also starred in the drama, which premiered on Jan. 1.

Samantha Stratton (“Mr. Mercedes”) served as creator and showrunner on the series, executive producing alongside co-showrunner Lara Olsen. Tory Tunnell (“Safehouse”) and Joby Harold (“Safehouse”) also executive produced.

The cancellation comes a few days after Netflix gave the axe to another freshman series, the musical drama “Soundtrack,” from “Quantico” creator Joshua Safran. The streamer also recently pulled the plug on the post-apocalyptic YA series “Daybreak” and its “Mystery Science Theater 3000” reboot.

Deadline first reported the news.
