John Boyega is once again teasing that Prince William, Prince Harry and Tom Hardy filmed cameos for “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.”

In an interview with BBC Radio 4’s “Today” program on Friday to promote Kathryn Bigelow’s “Detroit,” the interviewer asked Boyega about rumors he fueled last time he was on the show, mainly that the two princes had cameos in the upcoming “Star Wars” movie as stormtroopers.

“I think they took that scene out,” Boyega said. “I’ve had enough with those Prince William secrets, man. They came on set; they were there, man. Tom Hardy was there, too — I said it. I’m sick of hiding this.”

“Every time I get asked I don’t know how to dodge it,” the actor added. “Yeah, they were on set.”

Last year, the Daily Mail first reported that the princes were photographed visiting the “Last Jedi” set at Pinewood Studios outside of London. The publication quoted a source who claimed the princes had non-speaking roles in the film, alongside Boyega, Daisy Ridley and Benicio Del Toro.

A month later, the website Making Star Wars reported that Hardy would appear as a stormtrooper in the film, and his character would have speaking parts.

This isn’t the first time famous actors had a cameo in the famous franchise. In 2015’s “The Force Awakens,” Daniel Craig turned up as a stormtrooper, having done the part for “sh— and grins,” an individual with knowledge of his performance told Entertainment Weekly at the time.

“The Last Jedi” stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Ridley, Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Laura Dern and Andy Serkis.

It is set for a release date on Dec. 15 of this year.
