Stephen Colbert says there's one foreigner the U.S. government should be following closely — and he hosts the show that airs before his.
On the night the British-born John Oliver took over Jon Stewart's "Daily Show" for the summer, "The Colbert Report" addressed the news that the government is monitoring millions of Americans.

"NSA, you're gonna want to keep an eye on this guy," Colbert said, as a picture of Oliver appeared. "Because he is suspicious — and very talented."
