Suzanne Kolb Named E! President

Kolb promoted from president of marketing, news and online for E! and The Style Network

Suzanne Kolb has been named the new president of E! Entertainment after serving as president of marketing, news and online for E! and The Style Network.

She will report to NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment and Cable Studios chairman Bonnie Hammer. Her senior management team will include E! veterans Steve Dolcemaschio, chief operating officer, Lisa Berger, president of entertainment programming, and Cyndi McClellan, executive vice president of research and program strategy.

"As a member of E!'s leadership team, Suzanne has played a pivotal role in getting the network to the great place it is today," said Hammer. "Her strong oversight of three areas key to E!'s success — news, online and marketing — makes her the perfect person to lead the brand through the important next phase of its evolution."

Added Kolb, "I am incredibly grateful to Bonnie for the opportunity to lead E! during this wonderfully exciting and unique time in the brand's history and equally thrilled to do that in partnership with a management team I know and love. "E! has enjoyed great success in the past but we're just getting started."

In her previous role, Kolb led marketing, communications and brand alliances for E! and Style, and oversaw E! Online and mystyle.com. She also oversaw marketing for E!'s "Kardashians" franchise, "Chelsea Lately," "The Soup" and "Fashion Police," and the Style shows "Ruby," "Giuliana & Bill," "Jerseylicious" and "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane," among others.

Prior to joining E!, Kolb served as EVP of Marketing at The WB Television Network.
