USA has renewed “Suits” for a seventh season, the network announced at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour on Wednesday.

The legal drama, starring Patrick J. Adams and Gabriel Macht, will return for Season 7 in 2017. Season 6 is currently airing on the network after premiering last month.

Creator Aaron Korsh serves as executive producer on the series, alongside Doug Liman, David Bartis and Gene Klein of Hypnotic. Daniel Arkin and Rick Muirragui and Silver Tree also executive produce.

USA has also set premiere dates for two new series, “Falling Water” from “The Walking Dead” producer Gale Anne Hurd, and “Eyewitness” from “Shades of Blue” creator Adi Hasak.

“Falling Water,” which follows three unrelated people who slowly realize that they are dreaming separate parts of a single common dream, will premiere on October 13. Lizzie Brocheré, David Ajala and Will Yun Lee star.

The series, from Universal Cable Productions, is executive produced by Hurd of Valhalla Entertainment, Blake Masters and Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, who directed the pilot. The late Henry Bromell also served as executive producer the pilot.

“Eyewitness,” a crime thriller about two teenage boys who secretly meet up in a cabin, bear witness to a shooting and barely escape with their lives. The adaptation of the Norwegian drama “Øyevitne” stars Julianne Nicholson, Gil Bellows, Tyler Young and James Paxton.

The drama is executive produced by Hasak, alongside Jarl Emsell Larsen and Scott Peters and Jackie de Crinis. Peters will also direct multiple episodes of the series and Catherine Hardwicke will executive produce the pilot and direct the first two episodes.
