‘Walking Dead’ Season 6 Premiere: Michael Cudlitz Goes Behind the Scenes (Video)

Actor talks to his co-stars on the set of the first episode of the upcoming season

AMC has released a “Walking Dead” Season 6 tease in the form of a behind-the-scenes video hosted by star Michael Cudlitz.

Cudlitz, who plays the short-tempered Army Sergeant Abraham Ford on the hit zombie drama, takes time off from filming his role to hang with the rest of the cast cast on the set of the first episode.

The actor talks to Sonequa Martin-Green, Lennie James, Lauren Cohan, Christian Serratos and Danai Gurira about being back at work, what to expect from Season 6 and what they want to say to their fans.

“We’re doing this for you,” Serratos says. “The bumps, the bruises, the toenails I’m sure I don’t have anymore after wearing these shoes. We’re happy that we have you and your support.”

The cast and executive producers of the show will be at the San Diego Convention Center for Comic Con next month with a panel in Hall H.

“The Walking Dead” returns for its sixth season in October. The spin-off series “Fear the Walking Dead” premieres this August.
