Wendi McLendon-Covey and David Koechner are ready to make a splash with “Whaling.”

The pair have joined the cast of the indie film that also includes “Pretty Little Liars” alum Tammin Sursok, “Harry Potter” actor Tom Felton and Austin Swift, TheWrap has exclusively learned.

Felton and Sursok star as Brandon and Star, an estranged brother-sister pair who reunite after their mother’s death to dispose of her ashes in a surprising way. Sursok co-wrote the film with husband Sean McEwen, who is directing.

McLendon-Covey (“The Goldbergs,” “Bridesmaids”) and Koechner (“Superior Donuts,” “Anchorman”) portray Brandon and Star’s quirky aunt and uncle who invite them over for a less-than-pleasant dinner stopover.

Swift, who is Taylor Swift’s younger brother and appeared in “Live by Night,” plays a small-town hustler who has a run-in with the siblings.

McEwen and Sursok are producing under their Charlie Baby Productions banner. Also producing is Cassidy Lunnen with Narrator Entertainment. Takashi Cheng is an executive producer.

“Whaling” recently began principal photography in Oklahoma.

McLendon-Covey is repped by John Carrabino Management and UTA. Koechner is with Brillstein Entertainment Partners and UTA. Felton is repped by Management 360 and Gersh.
