A Mercedes-Benz plowed into CNN headquarters’ lobby in Atlanta Friday morning, smashing through its glass panels.
The crash occurred around 4 a.m. ET and no one was injured.
An individual with knowledge of the situation told TheWrap the crash happened by the Omni hotel driveway. The ground floor of CNN Center is a large complex and food court that is public access.

It was unclear whether the crash was intentional. The driver was brought into police custody and WSB-TV reported that officers found the driver in possession of marijuana, which he acknowledged smoking earlier in the day.
