‘Fringe’ Alum John Noble Signs on for ‘Sleepy Hollow’

A “Fringe” reunion is in the works on “Sleepy Hollow.”

John Noble, who played eccentric Walter Bishop on “Fringe,” has signed on as a recurring character on the new Fox drama “Sleepy Hollow,” from former “Fringe” producers Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Heather Kadin..

Noble will play Henry Parrish, described as a kind and reclusive man who possesses supernatural powers that have the potential to help the series’ protagonist, Ichabod Crane (played by Tom Mison).

“Sleepy Hollow,” a re-envisioning of the classic Washington Irving tale, got off to an impressive start with its premiere  on Monday, drawing 10.1 million total viewers — making it the network’s most-watched fall drama premiere in seven years.
