FX Sets Premiere Dates for ‘The Strain,’ ‘Tyrant,’ ‘The Bridge,’ More

FXX also sets premiere date for final season of “Wilfred”

FX and FXX released their summer premiere dates Friday, including the series premiere date for the Guillermo del Toro drama “The Strain” and Howard Gordon‘s “Tyrant,” as well as the returning FX drama “The Bridge.”

“Tyrant,” about an unassuming American family drawn into the workings of a turbulent Middle Eastern nation, will premiere June 24 at 10 p.m., while “The Strain,” about a team from the Center for Disease Control Canary Team in New York City that’s investigating a mysterious viral outbreak with hallmarks of an ancient and evil strain of vampirism, will premiere July 13 at 10 p.m.

The Demian Bichir/Diane Kruger drama “The Bridge” will return for its second season July 9 at 10 p.m.

Also announced, the premiere date for the fourth and final season of “Wilfred,’ which will kick off June 25 on FXX at 10 p.m.

The new FX comedies “Married” and “You’re the Worst” will both premiere July 17 at 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., respectively.
