The “Sixth Sense” star plays a college student tinkering with time travel to track down his missing father
“Sixth Sense” star Haley Joel Osment appears to be making a career comeback in the film business with a quartet of interesting projects on the way this year and next, along with his latest, “I'll Follow You Down.”
Osment, who also plays a recurring character on Amazon's “Alpha House,” stars alongside Gillian Anderson (“The X-Files”) as a college student tinkering with time travel to track down his missing father (Rufus Sewell).
The trailer (above) suggests Osment's character will struggle between choosing his mission and a girl he falls in love with at school.
Osment has a role in the upcoming “Entourage” movie, Kevin Smith‘s horror “Tusk,” Max Landis’ directorial debut “Me Him Her,” and takes the lead in an upcoming comedy called “Sex Ed.”
“I'll Follow You Down” hits select theaters and iTunes on June 6.
